Involved in the culture of all manner of palatable delights, Golden Ponds is a commercial fish and marron farm set on 100 acres of land.

With 54 man-made ponds of various sizes, Golden Ponds successfully propagates the species: marron, silver perch, black bream, barramundi and trout. All this can be found on 70 acres of lush green surrounds and beautiful ponds.

Housed in tanks and aquariums indoors are silver-perch, trout and black bream, however the main proportion of these fish are stocked in purpose-built ponds for the publics recreational pleasure. As a licensed venture, Golden Ponds can supply any size of marron for aquariums or dam reserves, this species is available for sale to the public.

Golden Ponds offer an assortment of seafood to choose from with crayfish and snapper, trout, silver perch, black bream and barramundi available live on the premises as well as frozen fish fillets, prawns, marron, crayfish and scallops.

The Golden Ponds Hatchery has been purpose-built to house sought-after snapper, black bream, silver perch, marron, barramundi and trout. In the near future, King George whiting will also be available at Golden Ponds.
